Kristen Anne Bell (born 1980) is a popular American actor and singer. Born and raised in Huntington Woods Michigan as the daughter of Lorelei Frygier - a nurse as well as Tom Bell - a television director. She's an American singer and actress. She is from Polish origin (mother), and German, English and Scottish (father). Kristen's talents for performing were found at a young age. Her audition was in 1992 and was offered a role on Raggedy Ann, and Andy. Bell was signed by her mother as an agent when she was thirteen years old. Bell was later chosen for the newspaper advertisements and TV commercials. Now, Bell also begins classes in acting for herself. Bell had a minor role without credit in Polish Wedding (1998), in 1998. Bell was a student at Shrine Catholic High School and was in the band as well as the drama club. She was the star of Dorothy in the school's play The Wizard of Oz. Bell then moved in New York City, to the Tisch School of the Arts. She studied musical theater there. In 2001, Bell quit her university in order to perform the part in the role of Becky in Tom Sawyer. In 2001, she made her debut on the credit screen as Becky in Pootie Tang. But, her scene was cut from the film, and her appearance was only on the screen credits. Bell appeared with Angela Bettis and Liam Neeson in 2002's Broadway revival of The Crucible.
