This made her the first Latina who was the first to develop a writers and stars on her own television show. Her professional career started with Los Angeles after she moved from Texas. Her appearances have been guest on shows such as Sons of Anarchy or General Hospital. She has written for the TV series Mind of Mencia. She has been hosting and appearing in the TV show 'The View' as well. Besides, she's worked on a few films like The Angry Birds Movie.
